FeFe Coffee wishes to build a “playground” for those who are really passionate and thirsty for knowledge to share coffee-related experience with the purpose to improve, learn and exchange knowledge, skills to spread, inspire the love of coffee to everyone.

Barista Training is organized to teach and share the basics of coffee. It is carried out by Fefe baristas. Short-term courses shall take place within 1 month with the main contents:

✽ Introduction of Vietnamese coffee

✽ Espresso

✽ Stream milk

✽ How to make basic Italian coffee: Cappuccino, Latte, Flat white…

During the course, we may not be able to teach in-depth knowledge of coffee, but we will certainly provide you with the most basic knowledge about it (filter coffee and brewed coffee). That’s why we only have a maximum of 5 students per class so that teaching and learning will be at the best.
