A good cup of coffee is determined 70% by the cultivation, 20% by the roast and grind procedure, and 10% by the Barista. Understanding that, during the roast and grind procedure, we therefore focus on the roasting technique so as to creat good coffee in both flavor and taste. Each coffee shop has a different roasting method, so does Fefe. With the careful and strict selection, the priority of quality over quantity, we can always guarantee the coffee provided to meet such basic requirements as: Standard coffee beans from the filter 16-18, pure roast coffee, no additives added.

At present, we provide several kinds of coffee including: Typica (Moka), 100% Arabica (Catimor), 100% Robusta and some other kinds that are blended according to a suitable proportion in order to bring the fresh to the coffee but still keep the standard savour of Vietnamese taste.
